What an exciting time for the church!  Do you feel the excitement, the joy in the air?  Can you feel the heart of the Father over us, smiling and eager to help us find out and develop just who we are and who we are called to become?  Everyone talks about the change coming for the church of God; people prophecy about it, pray for it, and wait for it, but does the church realize who it really is?  It is you and me.  The change will come when we as individuals decide it's okay to change.  We as individuals get to choose to change or stay the same.  We get to choose to grow, mature and develop or remain the same.  Did you know that this stunts the growth of the church?  The way we worship God is changing too.  Are we ready to please the Lord?  There is a militancy, a sharpness coming in worship;  what may sound like chaos to the church or make the people that comprise the church feel uncomfortable is exactly what will tear open the heavens and create portals on earth to recieve the blessings of God.  We need to be mindful that what pleases us musically may not neccessarily please the God our worship is intended for.  Worship is not about whether or not we like it, it's about whether or not God likes it.  It's time to stop asking God to bless what we are doing.  We want to bless what God is doing!  Do you dislike the style your worship leader has chosen?  It's time to come to grips with the fact that God probably loves it!!
